The FDL series modular adsorption dryer from Fusheng employs advanced aluminum groove forming technology. Each groove features two symmetrical holes filled with adsorbent material. Compared to traditional twin-tower adsorption dryers, the modular adsorption dryer is half the size and approximately 60% lighter, making installation and transportation more convenient. The inner diameter of the adsorbent groove is less than 150mm, so it is not classified as a pressure vessel. The modular design of the FDL series allows for future expansion: if the demand for gas treatment increases, additional grooves can be added to meet the increased capacity requirements. Moreover, the modular adsorbent can be easily installed and replaced on-site without on-site filling, reducing maintenance workload.
The FDL series modular adsorption dryer from Fusheng utilizes a special "blizzard" filling method to ensure higher filling density of the adsorbent. The amount of adsorbent used is reduced by about 30% compared to traditional twin-tower dryers with similar performance. The adsorbent is packed more tightly, which prevents air quality instability due to tunnel effects and adsorbent powdering caused by collisions, resulting in longer adsorbent life and more stable compressed air quality.
