Dual focus on pandemic prevention and production: Fusheng Company orderly resumes closed-loop operations.

Since the early spring outbreak of 2022, Fusheng Company has been systematically conducting closed-loop resumption of work and production. The company actively coordinates and organizes nucleic acid testing, antigen self-testing, temperature measurement, environmental disinfection, and safety supervision for employees within the factory premises. Reasonable work plans are developed and production activities are organized for employees to maintain a relatively stable level of production capacity while strictly implementing pandemic prevention measures.

Since the implementation of Shanghai's closed-loop management policy in April, Fusen applied for closed-loop production to the XinQiao Industrial Park Management Committee in Songjiang District and received approval. Consequently, Fusheng organized hundreds of employees to reside in the factory under closed-loop management to ensure continuous production. This posed a challenge for the company: ensuring effective epidemic prevention and control on one hand and maintaining orderly production operations on the other.

During the closed-loop management period, Fusheng's factory implemented zonal management and adopted contactless handling for delivery personnel. Logistics vehicles underwent disinfection and epidemic prevention operations upon entering the factory to minimize the risk of virus transmission. The factory's safety department conducted precise tracking to gather information on past vehicles and personnel, strictly preventing employees who had returned to the factory from leaving again, thus achieving full closed-loop management of factory personnel.

Currently, Fusheng has officially received government approval to resume work and production. Moving forward, under the principle of closed-loop production management, Fusheng will gradually introduce employees from "non-epidemic communities" and "preventive communities" to gradually restore the enterprise to its optimal operating state. With the pandemic situation improving, the gradual achievement of dynamic zero-COVID status in society, and the expanding scope of industry resumption, issues with logistics and raw material supply are gradually improving. We believe that the full recovery of the entire industrial chain is imminent.
