The GoService system will change the traditional operation mode for compressor customers, helping industry users establish smart factories.

The GoService system acts as a "caring steward" for the compressor, having full knowledge of its operational status. As soon as the equipment experiences any "headache" (anomaly) or "shock" (fault and shutdown), it immediately notifies the designated engineer via SMS and email.

With user consent, notifications can also be sent to Fusheng's service engineers, who will proactively contact the customer regarding equipment alarm conditions or shutdown recovery status, providing remote consultation services and necessary real-time services such as scheduling, spare parts, troubleshooting, etc. Fusheng's service engineers will become remote service mentors for customers and provide substantial technical support.

The GoService system also assumes a reminder role: through the computing functions of the equipment and cloud system, it can notify customer engineers via email and SMS about maintenance needs for consumables before their lifespan ends, allowing customers to prepare for equipment maintenance in advance. The "caring steward" finds joy in quietly fulfilling all tasks until they are completed. The GoService system also breaks time and space limitations: regardless of how far away the user is, as long as there is a signal and internet access, they can log into the cloud platform with an account and password to check the equipment's operational status. Tasks such as meter reading, daily maintenance, and inspections will become much more convenient. Starting from the second quarter, the GoService system will be installed on SA+ and SA Classic series units from 15kW to 400kW to help users achieve 24-hour intelligent monitoring and interconnection of equipment. If the aforementioned functions do not meet the user's basic needs, the GoService system offers additional extended functions (optional), such as energy management for compressor units: it provides baseline calculation and equipment planning management for better control over equipment operation and efficiency; report output function: it offers detailed summaries and analytical reports on equipment operation. Additionally, Fusheng provides customers with more advanced customized applications, such as compressor station equipment management.
