On August 6, 2021, the grand groundbreaking ceremony for the third phase of the Fusheng Group Industrial Park took place in the Songjiang District of Shanghai. Fusheng invited Mr. Li Yi, Mayor of Xinqiao Town in Songjiang District, Shanghai; Mr. Ji Hua, General Manager of the Nantong Branch of Zhongjiang International Group; Ms. Jiang Miaomiao, Deputy Mayor of Xinqiao Town; Mr. Ma Jun, General Manager of Shanghai Electromechanical Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.; as well as Mr. Zhuang Yaozu, General Manager of Fusheng Group in Asia; Mr. He Dongping, Global Head of R&D at Fusheng Group; Mr. Li Tingyi, General Manager of Shanghai Qunsheng Machinery Co., Ltd.; Ms. Cai Lei, Director of the Economic Development Office of Xinqiao Town; Mr. Zhou Kunhong, Deputy General Manager of Fusheng China Sales Headquarters; Deputy Director Shen of the Safety Supervision Office of Xinqiao Town; Mr. Nakayama Setsu, General Manager of Fusheng AIRMAN; and Mr. Chen Shengkun, Deputy General Manager of Fusheng Shanghai Company.

At 9 a.m., Mr. Zhuang Yaozu, General Manager of Fusheng Group in Asia, delivered the opening speech. During the ceremony, Mr. Zhuang expressed sincere gratitude to the guests and participants present and summarized the company's development and achievements while expressing hope for the successful completion of the third phase project and the creation of more achievements in the future.

Following this, Mr. Ji Hua, General Manager of the Nantong Branch of Zhongjiang International Group and chief architect responsible for the construction of the third phase of the Fusheng Group Industrial Park, delivered a congratulatory speech. Mr. Ji stated that safety and quality would be prioritized while ensuring construction deadlines are met to make the third phase a model project. The third phase is expected to be completed in September 2022. The total area of the new plant will be about 40,000 square meters. The new plant will have complete production equipment and will include production lines for screw compressors, refrigerant compressors, and mobile compressors as well as a new trial center and finished goods warehouse. The successful completion of the third phase will elevate the company's production scale to a new level and lay a solid foundation for achieving intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing while better fulfilling its role in manufacturing, research and development, and marketing centers within Fusheng Group. As one of the pioneers and leaders in China's compressor industry, the groundbreaking ceremony for the third phase of the Fusheng Group Industrial Park marks a starting point and an opportunity for Fusheng to open a new glorious chapter in its history. Fusheng will also become a shining pearl in the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta.

Amidst a shower of confetti, leaders and guests laid the foundation stone for the third phase of the Fusheng Group Industrial Park project, successfully concluding the groundbreaking ceremony.
