Information | Supporting Education: A Commitment Fusheng Has Upheld Over the Years

A famous writer once said: "The work of fruits is respectable, the work of flowers is sweet, but let me do the work of leaves, for leaves humbly and attentively provide shade." Teachers are like those quietly dedicated green leaves, always highlighting the beauty of flowers. It takes ten years to grow a tree and a hundred years to nurture a person. The three-foot platform where teaching and nurturing occur makes teaching a great and respectable profession. The School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University established China's first programs in compressors and refrigeration and low-temperature engineering, annually supplying the air compressor industry with a large number of high-quality talents. Since 1997, Fusheng has been awarding teaching and scholarship funds annually to the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University and providing students with excellent internship opportunities.

In the summer of 2017, Fusheng welcomed a group of fresh faces from the Compressor Engineering Department of the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University. This will be their major "training" before embarking on their careers. As per tradition, the students will first learn about Fusheng's corporate culture and safety regulations before entering the formal "training" phase to observe and learn on the production line. Fusheng boasts the most comprehensive compressor product line in the industry—from oil-lubricated to oil-free, from stationary to mobile, from positive displacement to dynamic compressors, from air to refrigerant applications, from general to specialized fields. Additionally, at the Fusheng factory, there is a training base specifically prepared for students from the Compressor Engineering Department of the School of Energy and Power Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University. All these favorable conditions provide interns with a better growth space. In the company of three people, there is always something to learn; step by step, one can travel a thousand miles. Fusheng hopes to bring warmth to the educational field through teaching awards, scholarships, and talent development programs, supporting the sustainable development of the industry.
