These projects align with national industrial policies and involve technological upgrades to existing processes and equipment. They must achieve an annual energy saving of at least 300 tons of standard coal equivalent.
Support Standards and Methods
For energy-saving technology retrofit projects, support is provided at a rate of 600 yuan per ton of standard coal equivalent. The maximum amount for a single project is no more than 5 million yuan, and the support cannot exceed 30% of the project's investment amount.
Contract Energy Management Projects
Contract energy management projects implemented by Shanghai energy service organizations in areas such as industry, construction, transportation, and public services adopt models of energy-saving benefit sharing or energy-saving guarantee. A single project must achieve an annual energy saving of at least 50 tons of standard coal equivalent. The use of contract energy management models in new construction projects is supported.
Support Standards and Methods
For contract energy management projects, the reward standard for benefit-sharing projects is 800 yuan per ton of standard coal equivalent, while the reward standard for guarantee-type projects is 600 yuan per ton of standard coal equivalent. The diagnostic fee subsidy standard is 200 yuan per ton of standard coal equivalent, with a maximum of no more than 60 thousand yuan. The maximum amount for a single project is no more than 5 million yuan, and the support cannot exceed 30% of the project's investment amount. For new contract energy management projects with energy-saving equipment investment exceeding 10 million yuan, a one-time reward of 200 thousand yuan is provided.
