FuSheng Distributor Service Managers Meeting Successfully Concluded

On March 1, 2019, the FuSheng Distributor Service Managers Meeting was grandly held at the Shanghai FuSheng Training Center. Attendees included Mr. Fang Yinghua, General Manager of Sales for Asia Pacific at FuSheng Corporation, Mr. Zhou Kunhong, Deputy General Manager of Sales for China, Mr. Lin Yun, Deputy General Manager of Channel Business for China, Mr. Wang Yong, Service Director for China, as well as managers from FuSheng's R&D, quality assurance, and service departments. Additionally, more than 80 distributor service managers from four major regions—Zhejiang-Shanghai, Jiangsu-Anhui, Southwest China, and Central China—were invited to participate.

The meeting revolved around the theme of "Energy Saving and Gold Standard Service." As the host and lecturer of the meeting, Mr. Wang Meng, Director of the Eastern China Service Department at FuSheng, summarized past service models and achievements and shared FuSheng's service policies, concepts, and standards for 2019.

As the saying goes, "a fine sword for a hero." Professional measuring tools, knowledge and skills, combined with a comprehensive service philosophy, help service personnel win customers by providing satisfying and comprehensive services that meet customer needs and even potential demands. Therefore, FuSheng's professional lecturers delivered presentations on professional tools, skills, new service concepts, electrical fault troubleshooting, and service support policies.

Whenever key points and important matters were discussed by the lecturers, Director Wang Yong attentively reminded everyone and made appropriate supplements.

The meeting also specially invited Mr. Yu Yue, Deputy Manager of the R&D Department, and Mr. Li Tong, Deputy Manager of the Quality Assurance Department. Through interactive exchanges and discussions, new insights were provided for future work development. The meeting was rich in content, professionally practical, actively interactive, and highly effective. It concluded with a group photo of all participants.
